My story of how I got to this exact moment of my life is.. complex, beautiful and ever evolving.

I was truly lucky that my grandmother was a visionary that explored consciousness and healing way back in the 70s and 80s. So when I started to experience chronic auric migraines that took my vision.. She took me to a BodyTalk practitioner at age 11. Within a few sessions, after years of suffering.. My migraines were completely gone. After years at the neurologist with only meds offered with severe side effects for a young girl. This happened at such a pivotal age that it just became.. Normal to me. I knew healing was possible because I experienced it first hand.

As I grew up, I continued to receive sessions through different seasons of life. It became the next logical step to become a practitioner after I graduated high school. I graduated at 17 so I had to patiently wait until I was 18 to finally begin the journey of certifying in the most comprehensive and potent energy medicine modality that changed my life so many years before. That was back in 2013 and I never looked back.

Life was life. I experienced a near death experience while living in Peru and a BodyTalk session was the thing that helped me get out of the hospital. I became a mother and BodyTalk helped me survive a pregnancy with Hyperemesis. I experienced sexual abuse and trauma and BodyTalk was the modality that moved the needle into the healing space the fastest, cleanest and in the most productive way. No matter what has occurred in this journey of becoming me, this medicine was the cornerstone and foundation that kept me here. Happy (learning), healthy and whole.
